Despite being a busy practicing wound care physician, Han’s personal passion is to help couples struggling with the financial impact of family creation - whether that be the inability to fund a wedding celebration due to financial constraints or inability to afford in vitro fertilization when battling infertility. She is blessed with a wonderful marriage to her husband, Scott, and a loving and beautiful family which has inspired her to create Donating Dreams as a charitable organization to help others realize their own dreams of having a family. Han’s primary role as executive director is to create partnerships within both arms that support the cause and efforts of Donating Dreams.

Chanda‘s personal love has always been a calling to do God’s work. She has spent over 20 years of her career in health care operations while currently serving a Chief Operations Officer position in a national aesthetics organization. However, when not working and traveling, Chanda enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Todd, and their four boys. Her primary role within Donating Dreams will be focused on grant applications for both arms of Donating Dreams.

One of Han’s long term friends from grade school, Stacey grew up in Sulphur Springs, TX, with a love for animals. She took that passion as an adult and created her own nonprofit, Texas Coalition for Animal Protection, which now has multiple locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Stacey is happily married to her husband, Scott, and stays busy with her two children and their work on the family ranch.  Within Donating Dreams, Stacey serves as the Director of Partnerships as well as the primary consultant for the organization’s nonprofit efforts.  In her Director role, she is responsible for maintaining program partners that support the efforts of Donating Dreams.

Alissa began her career as a physical therapy aide and subsequent nurses’ aide before transitioning into full time medical and device sales. However, in her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Robert, and now preparing to welcome their baby boy. Alissa’s primary function is the Director of Finance for Donating Dreams.  She will also work closely alongside the Executive Director to continue developing new partnerships with venues, vendors, clinics, and programs that align with Donating Dreams.

After many years working within the healthcare sector in multiple supporting roles, Kayla has been blessed to spend the last few years at home with her husband, Chris, and their two little girls in Frisco, TX. She believes that God has blessed her with a beautiful family and feels that it is her calling to help others find the same. Within Donating Dreams, Kayla’s role as the Director of Communications is to connect with all grant recipients and to assist with their journey to completion. She also serves as the organization’s secretary in recording organizational meetings.

Kara ‘s extensive history with fundraising within Children’s Health in Dallas has put her in the perfect position as Donating Dreams’ Director of Fundraising. She is a Texas native but has moved all around the US with her husband, Collier, and their daughter, Caroline, from California to Utah and back. In her spare time, Kara enjoys hikes with her family, yoga, and traveling. She is also looking forward to welcoming a new little one on the way! Since having her own family, she has gained a deep appreciation for family formation and thus, her primary goal is to help Donating Dreams elevate its platform through fundraising events and efforts.
